Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Onboard new customers and provide ongoing support and training.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and identify potential risks or upsell opportunities.
  • Gather and document customer feedback to improve the product and service.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
