Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line technical support to internal users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Document and track support requests using our ticketing system.
• Assist with basic network administration tasks.
